Commercial Property Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, West Midlands, GBP 80,000+ (DOE) : This impressive Real Estate team continues to grow, and are now looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with experience in property development to join them during an exciting period of expansion. REF:4815.
The Role
This is an opportunity to become part of a highly regarded team that advises on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
- Working with developers, landowners, investors, lenders and occupiers, you'll be involved in high-quality transactions while building long-term client relationships and helping to drive the continued success of the department.
- You will take ownership of a varied caseload of development matters, providing practical legal advice that supports clients' commercial objectives.
- You will have the autonomy to manage transactions from instruction through to completion while working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate team.
- Managing complex and high-value transactions while ensuring files are progressed efficiently and commercially.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted adviser on ongoing projects.
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, sharing technical knowledge and supporting their development.
- Contributing to business development activities, networking opportunities and initiatives that strengthen the firm's market presence.

Skills Required
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
- You'll be an ambitious solicitor who combines strong technical ability with excellent commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Confidence managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to build lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- A proactive and commercially focused approach to problem solving.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues, or a desire to develop these skills.
