Commercial Property Solicitor

Salary: £50,000+ (DOE) Location: Sheffield Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

CRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and established Sheffield law firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE who is looking to join a well-established practice with an excellent reputation, a strong and varied client base, and the flexibility of hybrid working.

The successful candidate will become part of a specialist Commercial Property team advising a broad range of businesses, investors, developers, property owners, occupiers and lenders on a wide variety of commercial property matters.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
  • Commercial leases, renewals, assignments and surrenders
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Property development and investment work
  • Portfolio management
  • Property refinancing and secured lending
  • Site acquisitions and disposals
  • Option and conditional agreements
  • Overages and development-related matters
  • Advising a broad range of commercial clients on their property requirements

The team takes a practical and commercially focused approach, working closely with clients and other professional advisers to ensure transactions progress efficiently and effectively.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE
  • Have strong experience in Commercial Property
  • Be confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Have experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
  • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
  • Have a commercially minded and proactive approach
  • Be comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment

The Commercial Property team acts for a diverse client base across local and national portfolios, with work spanning investment, development, mixed-use projects, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters and funding.
