Commercial Property Solicitor - 1-5 PQE X2 - Oxfordshire - Up to £65,000 + Benefits + Bonus
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor X2 to join a Legal 500 firm in North Oxfordshire.
The firm’s commercial property team handles a full range of matters including large corporate transactions for FTSE backed companies as well as privately run companies, acting for clients internationally, nationally and regionally.
This opportunity could suit local solicitors seeking a genuine step forward, as well as City lawyers looking to reduce their commute and achieve a better work-life balance without compromising on quality of work.
The Role
- Managing landlord and tenant matters for both occupiers and investors
- Clients including investors, developers, occupiers, lenders, and corporate clients
- Delivering high levels of client care in line with the firm’s strong reputation
- Contributing to business development, networking and marketing activity
- Supporting the continued growth of a top-tier Essex private client practice

The Candidate
- 1-5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor X2
- Strong experience across landlord and tenant and acquisitions / disposals
- Confident running a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers in the future
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
