The Role
You'll work closely with experienced partners and a diverse client base, advising on:
- Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Development projects, site acquisitions and disposals
- Property finance and refinancing transactions
- Business development and client relationship management

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Keen to contribute to the continued growth of a successful team
