Currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-recognised Commercial Property team in the West Midlands. The specialist team is recognised as one of the best Commercial Property departments in the region and offers a broad range of services to a diverse client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-2PQE Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a well-established team with strong opportunities for career development.
The Role:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Property development and associated agreements
- Residential development
- Property funding
- Pension fund transactions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Agricultural and rural land
- Title investigation and rectification
- Clawback, overage and pre-emption agreements

What the firm is looking for:
- Qualified Lawyer, either Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
- NQ - 2 years' broad Commercial Property experience, although more senior candidates are welcome
- Strong commercial acumen and a practical approach to client matters
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
