Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join an established and growing team offering a Competitive Salary, private healthcare, an enhanced pension, genuine progression and more?

Recognised for its breadth of expertise, the team acts for both national and international clients, including businesses with cross-border interests, and is regularly instructed on complex and high-value transactions, all within a supportive and progressive environment.

Commercial Property Solicitor — Position Overview:

  • Manage your own caseload of commercial property matters with appropriate supervision and support
  • Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on larger, more complex, and high-value transactions
  • Develop strong client relationships and deliver a high-quality client experience
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team
  • A genuine balance of autonomy and collaboration, with exposure to intellectually stimulating work

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

  • Managing acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and development land
  • Handling landlord and tenant work, including leases, renewals, and asset management
  • Advising on property finance and secured lending transactions
  • Undertaking development work, including site assembly and plot sales
  • Managing property portfolios for corporate and investor clients
  • Working on both domestic and international transactions, often involving multiple stakeholders
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the team

Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE and solid commercial property experience
  • Technically strong, with good attention to detail
  • Commercially aware and able to provide pragmatic advice
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
  • Someone who relishes responsibility but is equally keen to learn from experienced colleagues
