Commercial Property Solicitor – Birmingham
A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and growing team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to join a supportive firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and building long-standing client relationships.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a broad range of clients including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and business owners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Handling commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and assignments.
- Dealing with property investment and development work.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation.
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property, ideally with the ability to manage your own caseload and deliver a high standard of client service. You will have strong communication and organizational skills, a commercial approach, and the confidence to work closely with clients and colleagues.
