Senior Associate | Commercial Property | 7+ PQE | Bristol | Competitive Salary + Benefits
A leading Bristol-based law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team at Senior Associate level.
You will handle a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, development work, and commercial property support on corporate transactions.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have circa 7+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
- Be confident managing a busy caseload independently
- Possess strong client relationship and business development skills
- Take a pragmatic and commercial approach to legal advice
- Enjoy mentoring and working collaboratively within a team
