The Role

An established practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to handle a broad caseload of commercial property transactions and related matters. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking for a new challenge and genuine prospects for career progression. You will be handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters and be expected to further develop the existing established client base.


The Candidate

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 5 years’ experience managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including commercial leases, property development, and the sale and purchase of commercial premises. You will also have experience working with an existing client base and supporting the growth of the firm’s commercial property offering across Northamptonshire.
