Commercial Property Solicitor
I’m working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with an experienced solicitor who can confidently manage their own caseload.
The team advises a broad range of businesses on commercial property matters, including retail and office premises, warehouses and renewable energy projects. It is a friendly and supportive department, offering someone the opportunity to take ownership of their work while continuing to develop their career.

You will ideally have experience of:
- Running your own commercial property matters from start to finish
- Supporting colleagues on more complex matters where required
- Managing your own caseload and associated financial administration
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Advising clients both face-to-face and remotely
- Identifying legal issues, conducting research and providing clear commercial advice
- Drafting legal documents and client reports
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
