Commercial Property Solicitor – 3+ PQE
London Leading Commercial Property Practice
This Legal 500 recommended law firm London law firm is seeking a confident and commercially astute Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to handle a diverse portfolio of high-quality Commercial Property matters.
The Role
You will be part of a busy, expanding team known for delivering exceptional results to a loyal and growing client base. Your caseload will include:

- Drafting and negotiating leases for landlords and tenants
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Acting for developers on site acquisitions, financing, and disposals
- Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
- Advising borrowers on refinancing transactions
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a solicitor who brings:
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical expertise
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-driven approach with commercial awareness
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and contribute to business growth
