Commercial Property Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 5+

LOCATION: North Yorkshire

SALARY: Up to GBP 70,000 (DOE)

The Role

A well-established, thriving property team is seeking to welcome an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join them in managing a varied caseload and advising an enviable client base.

  • Handle an independent caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, freehold and leasehold transactions whilst simultaneously handling a proportion of residential property work.
  • Advise a diverse client base, including SMEs, developers, landlords, and investors on a variety of legal matters.
  • Deliver clear and pragmatic advice throughout each transaction and manage matters efficiently from instruction through to completion.

The Candidate

Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience are encouraged.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial property and be confident managing an independent caseload of matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Whilst your primary expertise will be in commercial property, exposure to residential property matters would be advantageous to the application process.
  • You will be confident in liaising directly with clients and third parties, be capable of managing competing deadlines, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
