Commercial Property Solicitor — Position Overview
You will handle a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters, working closely with Partners and senior lawyers while developing your own client relationships and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor
- Managing a varied commercial property caseload
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Handling landlord and tenant matters
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and related documentation
- Supporting on complex and high-value property transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
- Delivering excellent levels of client care
Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients desirable
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage matters independently while working as part of a team
