Are you a 3–5 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor ready to step out of a rigid corporate structure and into a role where your work directly shapes the business?

We are looking for a proactive, commercially sharp Commercial Property Solicitor to join our specialist team. To be comfortable working independently, handling a varied caseload from instruction to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants their ideas to be heard and who is motivated by the chance to make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial leases, lease renewals, surrenders, and assignments (acting for both landlords and tenants).
  • Handle commercial acquisitions and disposals, including site acquisition, freehold/leasehold titles, and property finance transactions.
  • Advise on real estate aspects of corporate transactions, property development, and planning agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and key referrers.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and marketing activities.
  • Support and mentor junior solicitors, paralegals, or trainees within the practice group.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
