The Role
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor to join a leading law firm based in North West, which is seeking to expand its thriving commercial property team. The successful candidate will be undertaking a wide range of work which includes the sale and acquisition of properties, the sale of business assets, secured lending, mortgages and remortgages, landlord and tenant transactions, and pension scheme transactions, just to name a few. In addition to this, this role requires you to develop your own network of clients whilst simultaneously contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from individuals possessing at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, coupled with excellent organisational skills, a fantastic technical knowledge of commercial property, and a natural aptitude for the law. The successful candidate will have experience dealing with leaseholds and have a proven track record of handling various other commercial property transactions.
