About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a supportive and collaborative team where they can take ownership of a varied caseload and work on a broad range of commercial property matters.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised, and have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage matters effectively from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise a varied client base across a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial conveyancing, including acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and assignments
- Commercial property development agreements
- Property transactions and associated legal documentation
- Advising clients throughout transactions and providing clear, commercially focused advice
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider department

About You
We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE who can demonstrate:
- Strong experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Particular experience in commercial conveyancing, landlord and tenant, and development agreements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- A commercially focused and pragmatic approach to client advice
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to the continued success of the department
