📝 The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload with a strong commercial property focus, supported by some residential work. Typical matters include:
- 🏬 Commercial leases (landlord & tenant)
- 🏗️ Acquisitions, disposals & development work
- 📁 Portfolio management
- 🏡 Residential sales & purchases (mid–high value)
- 📜 Title reviews, refinancing & general advisory work

👤 About You
You will likely be:
- A qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years PQE in commercial and residential property
- Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Someone who enjoys building client relationships and contributing to BD naturally.
