Opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a prestigious, Legal 500 ranked law firm in London.
The Firm Our client is a highly regarded, full-service law firm with a particularly strong reputation across Real Estate and Private Wealth. The firm acts for an impressive client base of UHNW individuals, family offices, property owners, private investors and developers in the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Property Department, working with an established client base including major London estates, property companies, private investors, developers, family offices, financial institutions and occupiers.

The role will involve a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with particular exposure to commercial landlord and tenant work, managed offices and asset management. The new hire will also support Partners on investment acquisitions and disposals, property finance transactions and larger development projects.
There will be the opportunity to work closely with several of the department's key clients and contribute to an expanding portfolio management practice, including recently won instructions involving a substantial multi-property portfolio. Alongside larger transactions, the role offers a high degree of autonomy to run smaller matters independently.
The Ideal Candidate
- UK qualified Commercial Real Estate Solicitor, ideally around 1 – 3 PQE
- Strong experience across general commercial real estate matters
- Experience of commercial landlord and tenant work
- Exposure to investment acquisitions and disposals, asset management and/or development work would be beneficial
- Strong drafting, due diligence and title review skills
- Comfortable taking responsibility for smaller transactions with appropriate supervision
- Experience advising landed estates is beneficial but not essential
