Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive 3+ PQE Dorset Competitive Salary DOE

The Opportunity

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Dorset is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (3+ PQE) to join its growing and successful team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to handle high-quality commercial property work within a supportive and collaborative environment, with genuine prospects for career progression.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload, including:

  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial leases and lease negotiations
  • Property development transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives

The role offers a high degree of autonomy while also providing the opportunity to work alongside experienced property lawyers on more complex matters.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with 3+ years PQE in Commercial Property.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Experience managing a commercial property caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property matters
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • An interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business development activities

Experience in marketing, networking, or maintaining a following of clients would be advantageous, but is not essential.
