Commercial Property Solicitor | Peterborough
Our client, a leading regional law firm, is looking for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established and dynamic team in Peterborough.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with a strong interest in commercial property law to manage their own caseload, develop client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
You’ll work within a supportive and modern environment that values professional development, collaboration, and a healthy work-life balance.
The Role: You will have the opportunity to work across a varied range of commercial property matters, including:
- Sales and acquisitions.
- Landlord and tenant matters.
- Large commercial property portfolios.
- Refinancing.

About You: The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 6-months PQE in Commercial Property.
- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment and meet challenging deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly.
- A personable, confident, and commercially aware approach.
- A proactive attitude towards networking, business development, and developing new work opportunities.
