Commercial Property Solicitor – Associate / Senior Associate / Managing Associate

LHH are pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded and ambitious UK law firm on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established team in Southampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer looking for high-quality work, strong client exposure, and the opportunity to progress their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will join an established Commercial Property team advising a varied client base across a range of sectors. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters while working alongside experienced colleagues on a broad range of commercial property transactions.
Your work will include:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
- Landlord and tenant matters.
- Investment and asset management.
- Development and strategic property matters.
- Drafting and negotiating property agreements.
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Providing practical, commercially focused advice.

About You
We are keen to hear from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors at Associate, Senior Associate, or Managing Associate level with:
- Strong Commercial Property experience.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- An interest in business development.
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for supporting junior colleagues.
