Commercial Property Solicitor (2–4 PQE)
Location: Wimbledon Area
Salary: £55,000 – £68,000 + DOE/PQE
Are you an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor looking to build your market profile and accelerate your career within a highly regarded regional practice? Our client is a prominent, full-service law firm with a strong presence across South West London and Surrey. Known for their high-quality client base and supportive, progressive culture, they are seeking a driven 2–4 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor who combines sharp technical execution with a genuine passion for business development and client care.
The Opportunity
This role offers an exceptional platform for an associate who wants to step out from the shadows, take direct ownership of transactions, and start building a name for themselves in the local and regional commercial property market. Working alongside seasoned partners, you will manage a varied caseload for property developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and regional businesses. With direct client contact from day one and structured BD support, this position offers the ideal environment to hone your commercial skills and progress toward Senior Associate level.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–4 years PQE in UK commercial property practice.
Technical Expertise:
- Proven handling of freehold and leasehold acquisitions/disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters (lease drafting, renewals, assignments, 1954 Act notices)
- Property finance
- Corporate support transactions
Commercial & BD Drive: - Demonstrable drive to participate in networking events
- Cultivate relationships with local agents and lenders
- Proactively build a personal referrer network
Client Service: - Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
- Pragmatic, solution-focused approach to transaction management

Base Salary & Bonus:
