Commercial Property Solicitor
Liverpool | Hybrid Working | to £75,000
We are currently recruiting for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join this highly respected real estate team in Liverpool. We are keen to speak to experienced Associates and Senior Associates who are looking for their next challenge.
A Diverse Range of Work and a Chance to Shape the Team
You will become part of an established and collaborative Real Estate team advising a diverse client base including developers, investors, occupiers, and lenders across a wide range of commercial property transactions.
The role offers exposure to:
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment property
- Sale and leaseback transactions
- Landlord and tenant matters, acting for both landlords and tenants
- Lease negotiations and ancillary documentation
- Development site acquisitions and disposals
- Development agreements
- Property portfolio management work
- Title review, reporting, and due diligence
- Heads of terms negotiations
- Cross-practice transactions involving corporate, banking, construction, and restructuring teams

Who They Are Looking For
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with:
- Significant experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong Landlord & Tenant expertise
- Experience handling a broad range of transactional property matters
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a wider team
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
- An interest in networking and business development
- A desire to continue developing technically and professionally
