New Role - Head of Commercial Property - Leicester
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Excellent Benefits + Hybrid Working

A leading multi-office law firm in Leicester is looking to appoint a Head of Real Estate to lead and continue the growth of its highly regarded department.

The Role
As Head of Department, you will play a key role in the strategic development of the Real Estate team while managing a varied and high-quality caseload, including:

- Secured Lending, Finance and Commercial Bridging Loans
- Commercial Leases
- Acquisitions and disposals of Commercial Property and Land
- Development work, including Overage Agreements, Option Agreements, Pre-Emption Agreements and Exclusivity Agreements
- Applications for adverse possession and prescriptive easements in respect of both registered and unregistered land
- Advising a broad range of commercial clients, investors, developers and lenders
You'll work closely with the firm's leadership team, mentor junior lawyers and play an integral role in shaping the future of the department.
