Consultant Solicitor Wanted (Commercial Property & Business Sales)

We're looking for an experienced solicitor to join Shoredons as a consultant, with a particular focus on small business sales and acquisitions where the key asset is a commercial lease.
This will include transactions involving:
- Restaurants
- Pubs and bars
- Cafés
- Shops and other retail businesses
- Other owner-managed and small businesses
You'll need to be comfortable managing these transactions from start to finish, including dealing with both the commercial property and corporate aspects.
Alongside business sales and acquisitions, you'll also advise clients on more traditional commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial leases, acting for both landlords and tenants
- Commercial property sales and acquisitions
- Other general commercial property matters
We're looking for a solicitor who:
- Has experience with, and is flexible with fees, when advising on smaller transactions.
- Has at least 6 years' post-qualification experience as an English qualified solicitor.
- Has strong experience advising on business sales and acquisitions structured as asset sales.
- Has solid commercial property experience.
- Can confidently manage transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Is commercially minded and gives pragmatic, straightforward advice.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.
- Is comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Is based in the United Kingdom.
