Senior Commercial Property Solicitor | Future Head of Department Opportunity

Leicester | Hybrid Working (2 Days in the Office)
£68,000 - £90,000+ DOE + Bonus

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for more than just another fee-earning role?

A leading multi-office law firm in Leicester is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone seeking a genuine Head of Department succession opportunity, with work ready to inherit from day one and a clear pathway to senior leadership.

The Opportunity

You'll join a busy, well-established Commercial Property team with an excellent reputation across the Midlands, handling a varied and high-quality caseload including:

  • Sale and purchase of commercial property
  • Acquisition and disposal of development land
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial leases
  • Acquisition and disposal of commercial property for pension schemes
  • Commercial property auction work
  • Acquisition and management of investment portfolios
  • Advising developers, investors, businesses and high-net-worth clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters
