Commercial Property Solicitor — Position Overview:
- Manage a varied commercial property caseload with genuine client interaction
- Act as a trusted adviser to a broad client base of individuals, investors, developers and SMEs
- Contribute to business development, client relationship management and firm growth
- Full-time, hybrid role based in the firm's South West London office

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor:
- Managing a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, refinancing and development work
- Acting as a trusted adviser to individuals, investors, developers and SMEs
- Contributing to business development, client relationship management and firm growth initiatives
- Providing high-quality, client-focused advice throughout
- Using the firm's Case Management System to progress matters
Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property
- Proven experience managing a varied commercial property caseload
- An ability to deal with residential development work would be helpful
- IT skills to operate a Case Management System
- A commercially minded individual who enjoys client interaction, business development and leadership
- Excellent client care and communication skills
