Commercial Property Fee Earner
Location: Alfreton Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
About the Role
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner looking for your next opportunity with a friendly and forward-thinking law firm? We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience within a commercial property department who is confident managing their own caseload and wants to join a supportive team where their experience is valued. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals with the relevant commercial property experience.
The Role
You will take responsibility for your own caseload, handling a variety of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. You will ideally:

- Have 2+ years' experience within a commercial property department
- Have experience managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
- Be confident dealing with clients and other professionals
- Be able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
- Be organised, commercially aware and able to manage competing deadlines
- Take pride in delivering a high level of client service
- Be keen to develop your career and continue building your commercial property expertise
