COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 1+ PQE, EAST SUSSEX, GBP 50,000 : GBP 60,000 DOE

JOB REF:

Join an expanding Commercial Property and Development team, advising on a broad range of commercial property and development matters. You will handle acquisitions, refinances, lease drafting and negotiations, development agreements, and a variety of other commercial property transactions.

  • Advise clients on planning, construction, and financing issues arising in connection with commercial property developments.
  • Draft and negotiate leases, sale and purchase agreements, overage agreements, promotion agreements, options, pre-emption agreements, and development contracts.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitors with 1+ years' PQE and a background in commercial property.
  • Experience in development work, including Promotion Agreements, Options, and Section 106 Agreements, would be advantageous.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
