I’m looking for a Senior Associate-level Real Estate Solicitor (or above) to join a team on an interim basis, starting next week.
The role will involve:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Property development
- Secured lending transactions
- Managing matters independently from instruction through to completion
- Supervising junior team members, including a junior solicitor and paralegal

What we’re looking for:
- Senior Associate level or above
- Strong commercial real estate experience
- Able to pick up matters quickly and work independently
- Comfortable supervising junior lawyers and support staff

Logistics:
- Start: Next week
- Duration: 3–6 months
- Working pattern: 4 days per week or full-time
- Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite
