Commercial Property Solicitor, 3:5 PQE, London, GBP 90:100,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded London Property team, advising a sophisticated client base on high-value and complex real estate matters. The role offers excellent client exposure, a varied caseload, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the team.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Leases
  • Promotion agreements
  • Options
  • Development matters
  • Real estate finance

You will work closely with colleagues across corporate, finance, dispute resolution, and tax to deliver integrated advice to clients.

The role will provide significant exposure to clients, so excellent interpersonal and client management skills will be essential. You will also be encouraged to develop strong client relationships and play an active role in business development and the continued growth of the practice.

THE CANDIDATE

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 3:5 years' PQE and a strong background in commercial property, ideally gained within a similar or City firm. You will have experience across commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, and complex lease negotiations, together with exposure to title due diligence, development work, option agreements, conditional contracts, and property finance.

You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and meticulous attention to detail, together with the ability to understand clients' commercial objectives and provide practical, solutions-focused advice.
