The opportunity
Have you recently qualified and looking to join a leading Welsh law firm or up to 4 years post qualification experience?
We are working with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Swansea that is seeking an ambitious solicitor with between NQ and 4 years’ PQE to join its growing Commercial Property team.

The Role
You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Property development and regeneration projects
- Portfolio management
- Secured lending and property finance transactions
You will have the opportunity to manage your own files while working collaboratively with senior colleagues on more complex matters.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor status in England and Wales
- Between NQ and 4 years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine enthusiasm for developing a long-term career in Commercial Property
