Commercial Property Solicitor

NQ–5 Years’ PQE | London

We are working with an established regional Legal 500 law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its London-based real estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ or solicitor with up to five years’ PQE to develop within a substantial commercial property practice advising investors, developers, landlords, tenants, businesses and financial institutions.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary firm with complementary expertise in real estate finance, corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, employment, professional negligence, immigration, technology and media, and wills, trusts and probate.

The Role

You will work across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with responsibility and supervision tailored to your level of experience.

Newly qualified solicitors will receive structured support from experienced property lawyers, while more experienced candidates will have greater autonomy over their caseload and client relationships.

The team’s work includes:

  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leases and lease renewals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Property development and development sites
  • Investment property and portfolio transactions
  • Real estate finance and secured lending
  • Refinancing and lender requirements
  • Agreements for lease, licences and deeds of variation
  • Property management and asset-management matters
  • Offices, retail premises, hotels, leisure developments and industrial property
  • Advising investors, developers, banks, landlords, tenants and corporate occupiers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
