The Role

Advise landlords and tenants on a range of commercial property matters.

  • Handle general property estate-management work for business clients.
  • Support refinancing transactions involving commercial property assets.
  • Advise on agricultural property matters.
  • Manage matters effectively while maintaining clear communication with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the wider success of the commercial property practice through dependable client service and collaborative working.

What We're Looking For

  • A qualified Solicitor or CILEX lawyer with at least five years' post-qualification experience.
  • Commercial property experience in landlord and tenant work, general property estate management, refinancing and agriculture.
  • The judgement and organisation to manage matters at an experienced-lawyer level.
  • Clear written and verbal communication and a practical, client-focused approach.
  • A collaborative style and commitment to high-quality work.
