About The Role
A Commercial Property Solicitor (Partner) is sought to join a prominent national law firm’s Birmingham office on a full-time, permanent basis. This role requires an established lawyer with a portable client following who can immediately contribute to the firm’s thriving Real Estate practice.
Your primary duty will involve managing a diverse caseload of high-value transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters. You will also spearhead business development initiatives, leveraging the firm’s substantial platform to cultivate new relationships and expand your professional network.
The position offers a competitive salary and genuine autonomy, providing the infrastructure to build a significant practice. We seek a commercially astute individual with robust technical expertise and a proven record of client care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Partner or senior-level Commercial Property lawyer who has a strong client following and is looking to join a firm with the platform, infrastructure, and national reach to support further growth.
The Opportunity
The firm has a well-established Real Estate practice and is looking to strengthen its Birmingham offering with the appointment of a commercially minded Partner who can bring their own following and develop a significant practice.
You will have the autonomy and support to grow your client base while benefiting from the firm's established reputation, national network, and wider service offering.
Your work is likely to include a broad range of commercial property matters, potentially including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases and portfolio management
- Development and regeneration
- Investment and funding transactions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property aspects of corporate transactions
- Strategic development work
- Complex and high-value commercial property transactions

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Partner with:
