Commercial Property Partner Birmingham National Law Firm

A leading national law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Partner to join its established Birmingham office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of a highly successful real estate practice.

With an impressive client portfolio spanning developers, investors, occupiers, lenders, PLCs, and public sector organisations, you'll have the support, infrastructure, and cross-referral opportunities to further develop your practice while working alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the market.

The Role

Joining an ambitious and collaborative Real Estate team, you will advise on a broad range of high-value commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, development projects, and portfolio management.

This is a strategic appointment, and you'll be expected to contribute to the growth of the Birmingham office by strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and mentoring the next generation of property lawyers.

The Candidate

You will be an established Commercial Property Partner or an ambitious Legal Director ready to take the next step. You'll have a strong reputation within the Midlands market, excellent technical expertise, and a proven ability to win and develop work.

Whether you have an established client following or an impressive track record of generating new instructions through long-standing relationships and business development, you'll be looking for a firm that will invest in your future and provide a genuine platform for growth.
