Commercial Property Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Cheltenham, GBP 65,000+ (DOE)

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to become a key member of this established and growing team in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys developing long-term client relationships, delivering practical legal advice, and working on a broad range of high-quality real estate transactions. REF:4688

The Role

  • You will advise a diverse portfolio of businesses, investors, developers, landlords, and tenants on a wide variety of commercial property matters, managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, property refinancing, and secured lending transactions, and asset management and general commercial real estate advice.
  • You will be encouraged to build lasting client relationships while working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless, commercially focused advice.
  • This is a role that offers a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution to the continued growth of the department.

Skills Required

  • Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE
  • A broad range of experience across commercial property transactions.
  • Strong technical ability combined with commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • The confidence to manage your own caseload and advise clients independently.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues across the firm.
  • An interest in networking, business development, and growing both your own practice and the wider department.
