Overview

Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded team handling high value development work with genuine long term career progression.

  • Advise on a broad range of residential, commercial and mixed use development projects.
  • Work closely with a lead development Partner on complex, high value transactions for key clients.
  • Handle a varied caseload of commercial property and development matters.
  • Gain exposure to planning and statutory agreements as part of significant development projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while delivering commercially focused legal advice.

Suitable for qualified Solicitors with 3:6 years PQE in commercial property.

  • Development experience across residential, commercial or mixed use projects is highly desirable.
  • Confident managing transactions with a good level of autonomy.
  • Strong communication, organisational and client relationship management skills are essential.
  • Business development experience, or a genuine enthusiasm for networking and developing professional relationships, would be advantageous.
