🚨 Commercial Property Solicitor | Liverpool | 3+ PQE | Excellent Growth Opportunity
We’re looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and successful firm in Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven solicitor who wants more than simply managing a caseload. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your career, build relationships, and play a genuine role in the continued growth of the practice.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied commercial property caseload from initial instruction through to completion, including:
- Sales and acquisitions
- Development agreements
- Drafting and negotiating leases
- Commercial property transactions
- Advising clients on risk and practical commercial solutions
- Managing matters efficiently and maintaining excellent client relationships

Experience with S25 Notices would be advantageous, but is not essential.
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from commercially aware solicitors who are:
✔️ 3+ years PQE (although strong candidates outside this level will be considered)
✔️ Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
✔️ Organised, efficient, and able to manage competing deadlines
✔️ Confident in analysing risk and providing practical advice
✔️ Passionate about client care and delivering a high-quality service
✔️ Comfortable with AML and source of funds requirements
✔️ Interested in developing their own career and contributing to the growth of the firm
