The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the established commercial property team of a well regarded regional law firm. You will manage a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters, advising a diverse client base on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, development work, property finance and asset management. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you will provide commercially focused advice while playing an active role in maintaining and developing long standing client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake high quality work within a supportive environment offering genuine responsibility and long term career prospects.

The Candidate

Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years PQE and experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters. You will possess strong technical expertise, excellent commercial awareness and the ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication and client care skills, together with a proactive approach to business development and a genuine desire to contribute to the continued success of the department.
