Commercial Property Solicitor - Essex
A well-established Legal 500 firm in Essex is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a supportive team with ambitious growth plans, a strong client base and plenty of scope to develop their career.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial property work, acting for a varied client base including HNW individuals, businesses and investors. The role will involve a good level of responsibility from the outset, with opportunities to work on high-quality transactions and develop your own client relationships. The team is well supported and there is a genuine focus on providing a collaborative environment where solicitors can progress and build their profile.

About You
- 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge and experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients and managing matters with a good degree of autonomy
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in developing your career
- Candidates from a Legal 500 or similarly well-regarded firm would be particularly relevant
