Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Gloucestershire, up to circa GBP 75,000 (DOE)
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer seeking high-quality work, a strong client base, and a genuinely supportive working environment.

The Role
- You will be advising a broad range of investor and business clients on commercial property matters
- Your caseload will include acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, commercial leasing transactions, landlord and tenant matters, investment property work, property portfolio management, and secured lending and refinancing transactions
- The firm acts for an established client base and is known for its pragmatic, commercially focused advice and long-standing relationships.

Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
- You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and work well within a team environment.
- Comfortable and capable of dealing with a busy commercial property caseload.
- Experience of dealing with commercial lenders and finance transactions would be a distinct advantage.
