We are partnering with a well-established law firm who are looking to recruit additional Commercial Property Solicitors to join their busy and growing team. Opportunities are available from NQ level through to Senior Associate level, depending on experience.
About the Role
The firm acts for a diverse range of clients, including Landlords, Property Developers, Business Owners, Property Investors, and Land Owners, providing a bespoke and commercially focused service.
For Junior Lawyers
For more junior lawyers, this is an excellent opportunity to develop and broaden your commercial property experience within a genuinely supportive environment. You will work closely with experienced lawyers, gaining exposure to a quality and varied caseload while developing your technical and client-facing skills across a broad range of commercial property matters.

For Experienced Lawyers
For more experienced lawyers, the role offers the opportunity to handle high-quality work, develop your career within a collaborative and supportive team, and play an active role in supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.
Key Areas of Experience
You will ideally have experience across a broad range of commercial property matters, with exposure to areas such as:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work, including leases and associated documentation
- Development and investment work
- Property finance and related transactions
- More complex commercial property arrangements, such as overage, options, and pre-emption matters
Role Details
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, with flexibility around office location across the West Midlands, offering a good balance between office-based collaboration and agile working.
