We are looking for a commercial surveyor who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between disciplines as the workload demands. This is a broad, hands-on role supporting all four areas of our commercial practice, and suits someone who wants to stay close to a wide range of work rather than specialise in a single service line.
Experience in any one of these fields will be valued, but the key to this role is flexibility: we want someone who can manage several instructions at once and step in wherever they are needed.

About You
- MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor (or close to qualification, for an exceptional candidate)
- Commercial property experience in at least one of agency, valuation, lease advisory, or property management
- Well organised, able to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Confident communicator, both in writing and face to face
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Desirable
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Experience across more than one of the four disciplines
