About The Role
Commercial Property Valuer, based in Plymouth, is a full-time role offering £40,000 to £50,000 per annum. You will deliver professional valuation advice across a diverse commercial portfolio, covering secured lending, acquisition, disposal, and taxation. Working within a respected South West consultancy, you will manage instructions from inception to completion, building strong client relationships. The Role You Will Be Responsible For
- Undertaking commercial property valuations for a variety of purposes including secured lending, acquisition, disposal, taxation, and advisory work.
- Inspecting and assessing a broad range of property types including offices, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
- Producing accurate, professional valuation reports in line with RICS standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, developers, and property investors.
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the professional services team.
- Supporting wider commercial agency and consultancy activities where appropriate.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification with relevant valuation experience).
- Has experience within commercial property valuation.
- Possesses excellent report writing and analytical skills.
- Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Enjoys building client relationships and developing business opportunities.
- Is self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
