Your Role In Our Mission:

The Commercial Proposition Manager owns the commercial strategy, positioning, packaging and go-to-market execution of Reward Gateway | Edenred's full product portfolio, including core platform solutions, employee benefits, reward and recognition products, wellbeing solutions, financial wellbeing offerings, and strategic third-party partnerships.

The role is responsible for crafting compelling customer value propositions that foster customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and commercial growth. Working across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Merchant Teams, Operations, Client Success and Sales, you will ensure all propositions are market-leading, commercially effective, competitively differentiated and clearly articulated for both internal and external audiences.

This role connects client requirements, market opportunities, and commercial outcomes. It ensures our portfolio develops according to customer demand and business goals.

In This Role You Will:

  • Define and evolve our proposition portfolio: Create clear, compelling value propositions across our full product suite, services and partner-led solutions, ensuring customer benefits and measurable business outcomes are at the centre of every proposition.
  • Drive market competitiveness: Continuously evaluate customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and partner opportunities to strengthen our product positioning and differentiation.
  • Deliver commercial growth: Identify opportunities for acquisition, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and bundling across the portfolio to maximise customer value and revenue growth.
  • Enable Sales and Client Success: Develop messaging, knowledge articles, sales tools and proposition frameworks that help commercial teams confidently articulate value and win business.
  • Manage commercial governance: Own proposition frameworks, packaging, pricing recommendations and commercial standards to drive consistency, scalability and profitability.
  • Act as the voice of the market: Bring together insight from customers, prospects, partners, competitors and internal stakeholders to shape proposition strategy and future opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
