What Is the Opportunity?

Here's What You'll Be Doing

Welcome to a product role where you have the genuine space to drive real impact. As our Insurance Product Manager based in London or Northampton (with hybrid flexibility), you’ll take ownership of the optimisation roadmap for our high-impact Lifestyle product super-segment. You won't just be executing static tasks; you’ll bring data-led ideas to the table, validate them, and drive them forward to hit our in-year optimisation targets.

What makes this role special? You get hands-on segment ownership while acting as the Insurance Product lead across key cross-collaborative projects. While our SME Senior Product Manager sets the overarching strategy, you will proactively lead segment initiatives—bringing ideas forward, keeping stakeholders aligned, and bringing the Senior Product Manager into key decision points along the way. We need a self-starter who can navigate trade-offs, collaborate effectively with digital and insurer partners, and keep delivery moving forward with purpose and resilience.

As One Of Our Commercial Proposition Managers, You'll

  • Own the optimisation roadmap for the Lifestyle segment, validating, developing, and delivering data-led initiatives that hit key customer metrics and our in-year budget.
  • Interrogate weekly trading data and conversion funnels to understand performance, providing clear insights into the 'what' and 'why' behind segment metrics.
  • Lead from an Insurance Product perspective on cross-collaborative initiatives, partnering with Digital Product and technical teams to deliver joint strategic outcomes.
  • Input into customer discovery and journey mapping led by our UX and Technical Product teams.
  • Support governance frameworks and manage segment-specific incidents, ensuring we resolve issues quickly and deliver great outcomes for our customers.
  • Partner closely with the SME Senior Product Manager and Insurer Relations teams to analyse partner performance, challenge panel appetite, and broaden our footprint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
