Role Overview

The Commercial Director is responsible for driving advertising and partnership revenue across the Stylist portfolio, leading the commercial function to achieve ambitious revenue targets while protecting and enhancing the strength of the brand. This role oversees sales performance, pipeline management, forecasting and commercial opportunity development while building senior agency and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of advertising and partnership revenue targets across the Stylist portfolio.
  • Lead commercial forecasting, revenue planning and pipeline management.
  • Take responsibility for pipeline hygiene and run weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Director and Head of Studios to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with agencies, clients and strategic partners.
  • Represent Stylist in the market and unlock new commercial opportunities.
  • Champion digital, social and content-led advertising growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all advertising and partnership activity aligns with and strengthens the Stylist brand.
  • Partner with Finance to understand revenue, contribution and profitability performance.
  • Work with the Head of Studios to manage margins and commercial effectiveness.
  • Partner with Operations and Commercial Content teams to understand capacity and delivery risks.
  • Integrate Think Stylist into the commercial business as a key driver and support B2B revenue growth.
