- Own delivery of advertising and partnership revenue targets across the Stylist portfolio.
- Lead the strategic development of digital and social advertising growth.
- Partner closely with the Sales and Stylist Studios teams to maximise revenue and margin.
- Represent Stylist in the market, driving new commercial opportunities.
- Ensure all advertising and partnership activity aligns with and strengthens the Stylist brand.
- Partner with Finance to understand revenue, contribution and profitability performance.
- Lead commercial forecasting, revenue planning and pipeline management.

Requirements
- Significant senior commercial leadership experience in media or advertising
- Deep understanding of digital and social advertising
- Strong agency and client network
- Proven revenue delivery
- Experience leading commercial teams
