Company Description
Launched in the UK as part of eXp Commercial and backed by eXp World Holdings (Nasdaq: EXPI), we’re bringing a modern, agent-powered model into the commercial property sector.
If you’re a self-employed commercial agent, or thinking about becoming one, eXp UK Commercial gives you the freedom to build your own business without the heavy overheads of a traditional brokerage or the restrictions of a franchise.
You keep a much larger share of the fees you generate, while gaining access to a growing UK and international network, commercial-specific support, technology and collaboration across office, industrial, retail, land and mixed-use.
For agents who want to scale faster, work more flexibly and stay in control of their own pipeline, eXp UK Commercial offers a real alternative to the traditional model.
Build your business. Keep more of what you earn. Grow with a global platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
